THERMO INSULATING COVERS
In addition to sealing gaskets and expansion compensators, we offer our customers many other products, including thermal insulation or heat insulation textile covers. The function of these products is based on the thermal insulation of pipe lines, valves and other industrial equipment whose process temperatures are to be maintained.
The three main advantages of our heat insulation are:
- FIRE PROTECTION. The fabrics that make up the heat insulation are resistant to fires caused by dangerous or flammable products.
- PREVENTION OF WORKPLACE RISKS. By avoiding leaks and the corresponding spills of process fluid, the risk of accidents for operating personnel is significantly reduced and workers are protected from burns.
- ENERGY AND ECONOMIC SAVINGS. Thermal insulation textile covers have a return on investment due to the energy savings achieved with these products. They also reduce heat emissions into the environment.
PROTECTION FLANGE COVERS
Flange covers are safety elements, their primary mission is to prevent projections of corrosive, toxic or hazardous fluids escaping under pressure as a spray, due to leakage from pipe flanges and installations.
Compatible with flanges, valves and pipes, our protectors are designed to prevent a catastrophe by temporarily containing leaks and hazardous aerosols. Leaks can occur in piping systems carrying chemicals, high temperature liquids and steam, which can harm workers, nearby equipment and the environment.
Leaks of flammable products can cause fires and explosions. As long as leaks are contained, operators can safely stop/repair the incident.
Our Hydrogen flange covers can be fitted with a Ph leak detector. A very useful system in case, for example, Hydrogen is transported with ammonia (Ph 11.2).
The test strip would not detect a Hydrogen leak as it is Ph neutral.
FLANGE PROTECTOR WITH LAK DETECTOR
Los protectores de brida con detector de pH de Comdiflex están compuestos por un tejido de fibra de vidrio con recubrimiento de teflón que proporciona un aislamiento excelente frente a cualquier fluido. Para el cierre consta de velcro que facilita su instalación.
El protector se adapta perfectamente a la forma de la brida e incorpora un detector de pH para localizar rápidamente las fugas que puedan producirse en su interior. Todos los protectores son fácilmente instalables, desmontables y reutilizables.
Los protectores de brida con detector de pH, proporcionan contención a las fugas en dispersión, evitando así daños físicos a los trabajadores.
Las tiras reactivas son fácilmente reemplazables por una nueva una vez utilizadas.
