EXPANSION JOINTS

Rubber expansion joints or rubber expansion joints are manufactured from synthetic elastomer materials, reinforced with metal rings and technical fabrics. Like textile expansion joints, rubber expansion joints reduce and dampen vibrations and dimensional variations caused by expansion. The FLEXCOM® rubber expansion joints offered by Comdiflex are as follows:

Flexible construction joint, built from 25mm to 1200 mm, with nominal pressures of 10 and 16 bar.

Flexible construction joint similar to the standard rubber joint, except that this compensator can have one or several waves, which gives greater flexibility.

Similar to standard rubber expansion joints, but characterized by being extremely flexible. Available from 50 mm to 400 mm diameter.

Eliminates the effects of thrust due to pressure, on adjacent pipes.

Conical expansion joints, whose application is focused on joining pipe sections of different diameters.

Angled expansion joints, available in different sizes (DN25-DN3600).

Rubber expansion joints commonly used in gas and air outlet ducts, and in forced draft ventilation systems.

In addition to the gaskets shown above, special gaskets and accessories are available to the customer.
