Special seals for extreme applications

GASKETS

As a result of the commercial agreement between Comdiflex and APS (Advance Products & Systems, LLC), we are able to offer our customers an exclusive series of seals for severe applications. This is the Integra series of seals.

This type of seals are designed to work under extreme operating conditions, such as direct flame, high temperatures, cryogenic temperatures, aggressive fluids, etc.

Insulation for extreme temperatures.
This INTEGRA SSAXT gasket or gasket kit is designed to withstand high operating temperatures, in addition to ensuring cathodic protection.

Isolation from aggressive chemicals.
The INTEGRA SSAHS gasket withstands the attack of acids and other aggressive reagents, guaranteeing the sealing and tightness of the flange.

Severe service cathodic insulation.
This type of gasket is adapted to the internal diameter of the flange to ensure tightness and sealing.

Gaskets for fire resistance.
INTEGRA II SSAFS gaskets are designed for fire resistance, sealing and cathodically isolating the flange. See certificate.

Insulation in adverse environmental conditions.
INTEGRA II SSA gaskets or gasket kits are suitable for industrial applications where environmental conditions are unfavorable or adverse.

Cryogenic insulation.
The integra Z gasket withstands cryogenic operating conditions down to -273°C (-273°F). This type of seal has been developed and used by NASA for work at absolute zero temperatures.
