EXPANSION JOINTS

Expansion joints are flexible connections, the purpose of which is to absorb vibrations and compensate for movements between the pipe sections to which they are connected. The appropriate expansion compensator model, textile expansion joints, rubber expansion joints, metal expansion joints, as well as the correct choice of materials, will depend on the characteristics of each specific installation. Resistance to temperatures and pressures must be taken into account in their design. Also to corrosion and different chemical agents, adaptability to different movements of the driver, noise reduction, vibrations, etc.

Rubber Expansion Joints FLEXCOM®

Rubber expansion joints are manufactured from synthetic elastomer materials, reinforced with metal rings and technical fabrics. Like textile expansion joints, rubber expansion joints reduce and dampen vibrations and dimensional variations caused by expansion.
