COMPOSITION

KEMICULITE® is an expanded or exfoliated mica with excellent refractory qualities and oxidation processes. It allows working temperatures of up to 1,000ºC with peaks of up to 1,100ºC.

Material for Kammprofile Gaskets (toothed) joint coatings and tape rolls for spiral filling in spiral-wound gasket.

It is a high-performance “mica board” that can replace compressed fiber boards and laminated sheets of stainless steel and graphite.
