Welding-ring gaskets are solid, fully integral gaskets made up of sets or halves designed for critical applications.

Depending on the application requirements, the weld joint profile can be chosen from the following table:

Perfiles ASSKVR, A23KVR A24KVR

Welding joints are characterised by being welded to the flanges, such as profile A21, which has welding beads on the outside and inside of their respective diameters.
Total thickness of this joint: 2 x 4 mm = 8 mm.

Welding-Ring joints profile A22 with welding beads located on the outside.
Total thickness of this joint: 2 x 15 mm = 30 mm.

Welding-Ring joints with hollow lip, profile A23, can be used in a similar way to the lenticular joint A9, i.e. for significant radial expansions such as in the case of heating processes of different flange thicknesses.
The thickness of the joints is 2 x 15 = 30 mm.

Membrane gaskets according to profiles A22K, A23K and A24K have a serrated inner profile with a 0.5 mm thick soft material coating, which is suitable for hydraulic testing. Welded gaskets A22N, A23N and A24N have a recess for inserting a spiral wound gasket. The advantage of the A24 gasket is its high capacity to absorb movements, such as heat exchangers with heterogeneous elements with different coefficients of expansion.

Profile A25 is like A24 but with wider ends so that welding seams can be carried out without problems. Profiles A222 and A242 are like profiles A22 and A24 but with additional external support elements.
